1. ORDERING

WHAT IF I NEED TO MODIFY MY ORDER?

We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible therefore, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

WHEN I PLACE AN ITEM IN THE SHOPPING CART, AM I GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE?

Placing items into your cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation.

AN ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WHEN WILL IT BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN?

If an item is listed as sold out, it is unfortunately unavailable for purchase and we do not guarantee that the item will be in stock again. However, you can check our stockists who may have additional inventory.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHEN NEW STYLES ARE RELEASING AND WHEN?

HOW DO I APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE TO MY PURCHASE?

You can enter your discount code at checkout (if applicable).

2. SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Normally, orders are shipped within 3 days after payment confirmation. At peak times, such as launch dates and sales seasons, there may be delays up to 7 days in order shipment.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

The Prices of Products are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties, for orders outside of the EU that shall be borne by the Customer. For orders outside of the EU: All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. We cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

MY TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT MY ORDER WAS ALREADY DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

3. RETURNS/EXCHANGES

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

If the Buyer is unhappy with a product purchased, we will be happy to refund it or exchange it for the same item (different size). Items must be returned by the buyer in their original unused condition and packaging within fifteen (14) days after the date on which the order was received, enclosing a copy of the invoice and note your order reference. Please note that SALE items are not eligible for a return/exchange.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I PURCHASED AT ANOTHER RETAILER?

We cannot accept items purchased at other retailers. If you have issues with your purchased items, please contact the store in which you bought the items.
