SHIPPING

What is the shipping cost for my order, and when will my order be sent out ?

Shipping costs are not included in the price. We offer free delivery in France for orders over 300€. Orders are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse in France within approximately 2 business days. Delivery times:

  • France: 1–3 days
  • Europe: 2–6 days
  • Rest of the world: 6–13 days

Do you ship to my country ?

Yes, we ship internationally. For orders from outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply. EGONLAB is not responsible for these additional charges.

How can I track my shipment ?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive it within 5 business days, please contact shop@egonlab.com.

PAYMENT

What are your accepted payment methods ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Payconiq, Bancontact, Ideal, and ALMA.

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties ?

Yes, duties and taxes may apply to orders outside the EU. EGONLAB is not responsible for these additional charges. Please check with your local customs office.

PRODUCTS

The style, color or product I am looking for is not available.

We rarely restock items. If a product is no longer available on our website, please check our list of retailers for availability.

I need help with sizing.

You can find sizing charts with all measurements for our products on the product page. In the detail description you will also find the fit of the product. If you need further information in regards of size and fit, please reach out to shop@egonlab.com

Where are your products produced ?

The country of origin depends on the product category and the season. You can see the fabrics origin in the description of the product page.

ORDERS

Can I make any changes to my order?

You can reach out to shop@egonlab.com to make an exceptional modification.

I did not receive my order confirmation.

Order confirmation emails are sent immediately after purchase. Please check your spam folder and ensure you entered the correct email address. If still missing, contact shop@egonlab.com.

When do I receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location: France 1–3 days, Europe 2–6 days, rest of the world 6–13 days. Dispatch occurs within 2 business days from payment clearance.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. If it still does not work after 24 hours, contact shop@egonlab.com.

RETURNS

What is EGONLAB’s return policy?

You may return items in their original unused condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items on sale are not eligible for return. All original tags must still be attached to garments. For more informations, please check the « Delivery & Return » section, at the bottom of the website.

How do I register my return?

To return a product, contact shop@egonlab.com to receive instructions.

Does EGONLAB provide a return label for my order?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments.

How do I send my order back for a refund?

To return a product, contact shop@egonlab.com to receive instructions.

Can I exchange items on my received order?

Yes, exchanges are possible for the same item in a different size. Otherwise, a new order must be placed.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned merchandise is received and approved. It may take additional time for your bank to update your statement.

My product has a defect.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact shop@egonlab.com to resolve the issue.
